Denver, Colorado, February 1st – Nancy Elkind and David Harston have been invited to speak  at the 2011 American Immigration Lawyers Association National Conference held from June 15^th to 18^th in San Diego, California.  Ms. Elkind is scheduled to speak on a panel regarding the adoption of orphans and other children.  Mr. Harston will speak on a panel about strategic choices in marriage-based petitions.  The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) is the national association of over 11,000 attorneys and law professors who practice and teach immigration law.
