LPR Cards Auto Extended to 36 Months Based on I-90 Filing: Effective Sept. 10, 2024, USCIS automatically extended the validity of Permanent Resident Cards (Green Cards) to 36 months for LPRs who file Form I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card.
